We have been blessed over the years with a staff of incredible employees. Their loyalty and effort make it possible for us to give our customers the excellent service we take pride in. We hope that as you read a little about the people behind us, you will come to see that Curbie Sanitation is more than just a big company with a revolving door of nameless, uncaring staff members going through. We are real people that live and work here in Chatham County, just like you.

Donna and Rita

Donna, Rita, Robert, Karen, and Deborah – Are the hard working team in the office who take care of the day to day secretarial work. Chances are that if you stop by our office, you will be greeted by one of these helpful ladies. Donna is the niece of Joan Boaen, whose first job was with Curbie Sanitation. She went on to run her own plumbing business with her husband, Charlie. Donna rejoined our team in 2009, and is a mainstay of our operations. Rita has worked for us since 1999. Before coming to work for Curbie, she owned her own copy machine business, where she excelled in customer service.

David – David, a native of Oregon State, enlisted in the Navy in 1976, where he served on submarines. Has worked for us since 2006. Waiting for David to come home every day is David’s faithful Labradoodle, Shaggy. (Who “visits” with the ladies in the office while waiting for him!)

Kirk – Is a native of Savannah, who has worked for several different garbage companies over the years. Curbie is the one he has called “home” since 2000 though. He works for us on many routes, including Dutch Island. With his long legs, he picks-up garbage faster than just about anyone we know!
